    Debbie brings over 40 years of experience in systems development, governance, leadership, delivery and change management across various construction sectors. Over her career, she has been responsible for designing and implementing the safety, quality and environmental systems on some of New Zealand’s most significant infrastructure projects and for various businesses. She is committed to providing solutions across the civil construction industry and empowers teams to drive positive change.

    Greg is a proven senior manager and technical professional with over 25 years of experience in the successful delivery of land development, civil construction and tunnelling projects throughout New Zealand. He has a track record and breadth of knowledge across multiple disciplines and various delivery models.

    JAMIE COLQUHOUN

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Jamie has more than 35 years of experience managing and delivering civil and construction projects throughout New Zealand. He brings unrivalled experience in leading multi-disciplined civil engineering teams to deliver complex programmes of work. Jamie has a well-established track record in building and leading highly productive and successful teams and is renowned for his leadership and mentoring ability to grow and develop teams. He has gained industry recognition and received numerous awards.

  • ADRIAN VASILJEVIC

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Adrian is a detail-oriented Project Engineer who has a proven track record in managing and delivering high-quality projects across the infrastructure and construction industry such as NX2 Puhoi-Warkworth, CRL, C2P, as well as further academic qualifications with a Master of Engineering Project Management (MEPM). He and has gained extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, stakeholder management, and risk management. His diverse skills, including cost estimation, and contract management, combined with his experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff, make him a valuable asset to our team.

    JACOB MACKIE

    CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

    Jacob has over 18 years of civil construction, infrastructure and roading experience and holds National Certificates in Business, Concrete Construction and Civil Infrastructure. He has strong planning and leadership skills, demonstrated through his record of safely delivering complex projects and with a strong focus on quality and environment. He has a can-do attitude that consistently brings his projects to completion on time and within budget.

  • TIM ROSS

    TIM ROSS

    SUPERVISOR

    Tim has more than 15 years of experience in civil and construction management. He has successfully delivered many significant projects, including the complex Longhurst and Knights Stream subdivisions in Christchurch. His project experience extends to various subdivision works, airport runway extensions, marina works, an inland port, the Christchurch Northern Corridor, and a secondment at Transmission Gully. Tim is a final trim grader operator renowned for his expert eye for detail and finishing standards. In two recent projects, he has successfully delivered two pavement overlays on the State Highway network, which received an excellent NAASRA for a chip seal pavement.

    Divyatha is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor with a robust academic and professional background which has provided her opportunities in countries such as the UK, Bahrain, UAE and New Zealand. She is an affiliate member of NZIQS. Known for her dedication, proactive approach, excellent communication, and strong teamwork abilities, she is skilled in handling complex projects within budget and timelines, with extensive experience in both pre and post contract phases. Her expertise includes cost estimation, contract administration, change management and project planning.

  • MOLLIE CLARKE

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Molie is a highly skilled Fleet and Office Manager with more than 6 years experience in fleet parts, maintenance and management, administration, training, health & safety.

    Mollie has deep roots in the agricultural industry having grown up spending time working on her family's farm. After leaving school, she stumbled upon a parts technician position at her local John Deere dealership and, after her first few days at work, knew she had found the industry she wanted to not only be part of, but to excel in.

    Mollie is renowned by customers for her excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of equipment which she consistently develops! Mollie has twice been finalist for Parts Technician of the Year in John Deere Southern Hemisphere awards. We are lucky to have her move into the Construction Industry.

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Alex is a highly experienced Project Manager with over 35 years civil and structural experience in Bulgaria, Zimbabwe and New Zealand. He has maintained his Professional Engineer membership since 1992.

    Alex with his exceptionally keen eye for detail, has been instrumental in the successful delivery of several key projects.
